2. More vegetables and seafood

Avoid red meat and include more chicken dishes, veggies and seafood on your plate. Any white fish (tilapia, river cobbler and cod) would work well with marinades such as garlic, lemon and olive oil or sundried tomato paste and oregano for a Mediterranean twist. King prawns, cherry tomatoes and peppers make delicious kebabs. Another option is veggie with smoked tofu. Remember to foil-wrap corn on cobs with butter and some black pepper to cook with your proteins.
