1. Ice cream alternative

Before you touch the sauce, chocolate toppings and nuts, ice cream treats pile on the fat and calories. There is about 300 cals in a scoop of ice cream, whereas frozen fat-free yogurt is around 95 cals. For a creamier alternative try 0% Greek yogurt, which has 130 cals. A fruit sorbet is around 180 cals, but still much better then straight ice cream.
