Brisbane or “Bris’bn” as australians like to call it is a city that has the perfect climate, which means you can travel here at any point of the year. The summers are warm and humid and the winters are moderately warm and dry. It’s a wonderful travel destination for outdoorsy people. The Kangaroo Point Cliffs are a great and picturesque location for a run and for climbing.

Brisbane is also home to world’s first and oldest koala sanctuary called Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. It’s one of the few places in the world where you can hold a koala, and as a bonus, you also get to pet and feed the kangaroos that roam freely in the kangaroo reserve on sight.
