Unfortunately, some of their time tested drinks, meals and snacks may be the main dietary disruptors. To help you navigate the treacle filled waters of America's most popular caf é s, here's a simple exchange list to reduce calories, sodium, cholesterol and fat without sacrificing familiarity and flavor.

1. If you want to eat a kind of French fries, choose the "light" French fries base
