Julia Flesher almost instantly became one of the richest women after the passing of billionaire David Koch. He had a net worth of about $53.5 billion, and after his passing, he turned over much of the assets to his surviving wife. However, there was quite a surplus left over, including his real estate assets.

It is estimated there is more than $143 million left over in those real estate assets, but, according to Business Insider, it is not yet known how those assets will be split up. Either way, it’s safe to say Flesher will be in good hands in the long run.
