Michael J. Fox is a Canadian-American actor who found fame after starring in the popular film franchise Back to the Future. Unfortunately for the star, he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease when he was at the peak of his acting career. He turned to substance abuse as a comfort and later realized he needed help. He checked into rehab for alcoholism and today he has turned to the support of his family as a better coping mechanism for his condition.
