Lukas Nelson – Willie Nelson

One of the greatest fathers and son duo in the music industry is Willie Nelson, the iconic American singer-songwriter and his son Lukas Nelson. Their debut duet is their cover of the Pearl Jam song, “Just Breathe.” Lukas is following his father’s footsteps in the music industry. He has his band the Promise of the Real, which he formed after he dropped out of college. Though his father wanted him to pursue a college degree, Lukas felt the need to pursue his music career more than his education.

Willie, as a supportive dad, didn’t insist and even tried another music genre with his son’s band. The duo always makes sure that they spend time together, although Lukas is busy making his name. In his spare time, he always takes time filming himself singing his dad’s iconic songs. Fans often cannot tell who’s singing, whether it’s the father or the son. What an adorable father-son due they are.
