Kaley Cuoco was never the sort of celebrity who actually got to the point of being fat. But when she was preparing to be featured on the cover of Shape magazine, she felt like she needed to lose the extra pounds that were messing up her… shape. In order to get the perfect abs she’s still showing off in Instagram posts, Cuoco radically changed her diet, quitting alcohol completely and eating mostly white eggs and almonds and working out non-stop, seven days a week. After the Shape photoshoot, Cuoco admitted that she indulged in a big cheat day and ate lots of pizza and sweets.
