Chaz Bono and Cher

Popular for being the Goddess of Pop, singer, actress, and TV personality Cher is a force to reckon with. She is famous for making a mark in the music industry by embodying female autonomy in a male-dominated industry. She has decades of successful career under her belt and is still very much active today. It's no surprise that his son, Chaz Bono became a musician and actor just like his mother.

But not only that, but Chaz is also a talented writer and an advocate who documented his transition in the documentary, Becoming Chaz. Chaz started his career working with his mother as part of The Sonny & Cher Comedy Hour show as Chastity Bono.

He then transitioned from being female-to-male between 2008 and 2010 and has written about the process of coming out as gay. He may still have a long way to go in contrast to his mother, but he is successful in his own right, appearing in eight episodes of the popular fan favorite, American Horror Story tv show.
