7. Beijing, China

Beijing is around 3000 years old and has seen 3 different dynasties rule China. It’s the city of emperors and there’s different cultural sights at every corner. There’s old temples to be seen, tea ceremonies to partake in and Operas to visit. If you’re planning on traveling to Beijing, rest assured you won’t be bored. There’s so many historical and cultural sights to see you probably won’t be able t see everything on 1 trip.

The Forbidden city and the Imperial Palace complex are the most famous tourist spots, but the number one attraction is the Great Wall of China. But don’t be fooled by the old architecture and temples. Beijing is brimming with modern energy. There’s something amazing about how well this city combines it’s old history and culture but manages to still stay modern.
