37. Without beard

Pilots are always so appropriately dressed and have to take care of their overall physical appearance. However, did you know that most airlines around the world prohibit keeping a beard? You may be wondering why.

The reason is as simple as the oxygen mask might not fit the pilot perfectly on their face if they choose to keep a beard. For the same reason pilots are required to have a good haircut to avoid any problems. When pilots are well groomed, it also gives the airline a good image.
