Many people assumed Diana was rapidly losing weight because of her wedding day nerves. However, new video footage shows that there may more to the story. Charles allegedly commented Diana that “set something off” in her. He grabbed her waist and said, “Oh, a bit chubby here, aren’t we?” It’s possible that this comment influenced Diana to develop an eating disorder. She reportedly went from a 29-inch waist down to 23.5 inches before her big wedding day.
