Jamie Lee Curtis and Janet Leigh

With a successful career as an actress, singer and a dancer, Janet Leigh’s impact upon Hollywood cannot be missed even after her demise in 2004.

Quite early on, she appeared in several popular films; after making a foray into the same while she appeared in radio programs. If an acting career spanning five decades is not enough, Janet also wrote four books in her lifetime, two of which were novels.

Luckily, her eldest child Jamie Lee Curtis also made a noticeable entry in acting and is quite the talented actress in her own right with a slew of wonderful performances under her belt. Following her mother’s footsteps, she’s an author and a blogger and has written a number of books for children.  And with this level of success, we don’t think she needs to fear of bankruptcy any time soon.
