10 warm salads to keep you dry all winter

When it's cold outside, the last thing you want is salad - we don't blame you. But when you take a bite of these plant picks, everything changes. Each salad is hot or topped with a new cooking ingredient. Whether you want a side dish, a main salad, or a recipe with or without meat, there's something for everyone. Good appetite!

1. To be frank, you don't have to decide between a stir fry and a salad. You can have them in this Asian inspired recipe! You'll soon fry the chicken with bell peppers and onions, then add the coleslaw. Finally, sprinkle sesame, lime, vinegar, peanuts and cilantro. No rice, it's a carbohydrate friendly meal. Because cabbage is bursting, it contains a lot of vitamins K, C and B-6. Glucosinolates in cabbage also help prevent certain cancers, including colon and prostate cancer. Vegan corn salad with fried beans is an interesting salad full of Mexican flavor. Think of it as a deconstructed vegetarian taco. All you have to do is heat the black beans in a saucepan with Pico de Gallo; mix the hot beans with lettuce, blue tortillas and cilantro; then sprinkle a lot of avocados. It's a salad you can make over and over again because it's delicious and super fast. In addition, each component contains fibers that promote digestion. Now listen to me: why the obsession of Americans with "happiness" makes us feel completely stressed. In order to enjoy the delicious beef, you don't need to eat steak as big as a plate. You can stir fry garlic slices until they are hot. Add vinegar, fresh spinach, sea salt and chopped red pepper slices. You don't really cook spinach, it's just heated and subtly wilted. Interestingly, you will be able to better absorb the non heme iron in spinach and enjoy tomatoes with vitamin C!

10. Roasted butter pumpkin salad

this holiday salad adds joy to any monotonous winter. It's rich in color, texture and vegetables that are good for you.
