Nine recipes with one egg on top would be better

continue. Try to think of a food. It's not good to have an egg in or on it. I often add a beautiful fried or boiled egg to a dish, not only because the golden yolk makes the dish unstable, but also for a deeper, nutrition based reason. Eggs can improve the protein of whole plant dishes, provide healthy fat, and deliver fat soluble vitamins such as a, D, e and K to our system. Don't forget that they add softness, texture and taste to make healthy (but boring) dishes more enjoyable. There are nine dishes here, which are provided by "yummy". They are very good in themselves, but it's better to add one or two eggs.

cornflakes made from eggs for breakfast

so far, the best cornflake base material I can find for breakfast is potato flakes. It's not a pile of golden Juliet potatoes that you fry on your plate, but the big, flat, golden chips that are popular at McDonald's. These chips are as crispy as chips, and they're powerful enough to hold everything plastered with melted cheese. But I found a better one: sweet potato waffle chips. As the base material of these cornflakes, they may be the best choice. They are crisp and golden, but they have all the nutritional value of sweet potatoes.

Add both spinach and broccoli to the mixture, then toss the pie under the broiler until the protein is completely set. This pizza is more pleasant and healthy to start a new day than a cold, wet piece of leftovers.

it's not right to add eggs to smoked salmon bagels. Although smoked salmon already has a source of protein, when eggs are used with cream cheese, it can provide a rich and delicious glue that holds the pieces together.

I have never been a real "breakfast person", mainly because breakfast is usually sweet. It reminds me of toast full of jam, fruit smoothies and bowls, yogurt, of course, sweet oatmeal, usually with fruit and other ingredients, brown sugar, and even chocolate. And then I realized that oatmeal is basically the bottom of a cereal bowl, and it can put anything I want on it - including all the delicious things that are usually put in a regular cereal bowl. I especially like the unstable yolk, which can be stirred into oatmeal to make it thick.

cereal bowl with soft boiled egg

most Cereal Bowls are cereals and plants. In order to be convenient and quick, do not always have extra protein to cook for as long as chicken or fish. Cooked eggs are the source of protein. Cooking is as fast and convenient as vegetables. Soft yolk provides some very delicious condiments for the bowl.

boiled egg soft garlic zucchini pasta adds avocado and eggs, but when soft egg yellow overflows with boiled egg and garlic sauce, it makes a more interesting and creamy sauce. What's more, this dish is made of small pumpkin sticks like pasta, which means it has low carbohydrate content and high protein content.

Ramen is the kind of warm and comfortable bowl you want when you are cold outside, but the current popular soup, fat meat, pig bone soup may be a little too much, especially when it is matched with starch ramen. It's still traditional to replace the usual wheat Ramen with the helix shaped zucchini noodles to make shiye (salt) or soy based broth, but the texture and heat are much lighter. Add cooked soft eggs to the bowl for good nutrition, especially when the softest part of the yolk overflows and mixes with the soup.

mushroom toast with fried egg

now it's 2018. It's time to go from our avocado toast to mushroom toast, not just for the new, but for vitamins B and D, selenium and antioxidants, every mushroom. The eggs on it are not just yellow. Egg yolk provides e important and healthy fat, which is the carrier of fat soluble vitamin D into our system.

kale Caesar with boiled eggs

Caesar salad dressing is usually made of raw eggs, which helps to make the condiment creamy consistency. I like soft, soft yolks as much as anyone else, but a completely raw yolk is a little too raw for me. Instead, use a sauce that relies heavily on stirring or shaking to emulsify the ingredients, then add a boiled egg to the salad. The eggs are soft enough that the yolk can be mixed with vinegar to make a "in the bowl" Caesar sauce without having to be cooked completely.
