1. Kapoera is an art form in Brazil, which combines combat action, dance action and special rhythm music in the form of games. At present, it is not clear the origin and location of kaboera, but there is a theory that kaboera was developed by African slaves in colonial Brazil. Its practice involves acrobatics, agility, flexibility, speed and strength. Depending on the course, students can also learn the history and philosophy behind kapoera and be introduced - and in some cases even played - to create professional instruments that practice rhythmic backgrounds, such as single string berimba. Beginners are welcome in the classroom, but they should expect a challenging exercise. Over time, it will establish a solid physical quality and coordination.

2. Yoga combines yoga and partner acrobatic exercises to help you connect with others, build trust, strength and flexibility in an unusual and challenging exercise. The AcroYoga course, which was co founded by Jenny sol Klein and Jason Nemo in 2003, has three main elements: Acrobatic practice, rehabilitation art practice and yoga practice. In your partner's work, you will be divided into three or more groups, a base, a flyer and an observer. When you are in the air in an upward bow position, balancing your belly with your partner's feet, you will really feel you are flying. Courses include partner massage, such as Thai massage and therapeutic flight. In the latter, also known as reverse air massage, the pilot remains passive, while the base uses gravity, stretch and touch to open various areas of the pilot's body.
