10 ways to love yourself

it's easy for us to be our worst critics and give ourselves thumbs up more easily than our French counterparts. Any imperfections we find now either increase with age (wrinkles, broken knees and love handles), or begin to disappear in the face of unconditional love for ourselves. Because we all get older - whether there's a fight or not - and we either suffer or learn how to smile through the moment. It seems that people find true self love in their life journey, so we interviewed five inspirational older women, who love themselves just like they love themselves, and listened to their advice on how to love themselves unconditionally. Retired housewife, 67, fully disclosed that Linda, now my grandmother, is my mother and the woman who taught me, "you won't get angry if you can get anything." I am very lucky to have a mother who loves herself as much as she does. How does she accept or even worship her shining example? Please read on to her suggestions.

1. Learn to laugh at yourself, Linda will not take life too seriously, she knows that the environment is constantly changing her inner and outer world. Instead of feeling guilty or judging herself, she can laugh at herself and find humor in life's challenges. For example, if she tries to do a balance pose in a yoga class, she will relax, focus and go all out. If she falls, she giggles instead of projecting her insecurities on the people around her, worrying about what other students will think. The reality is that most people are too busy to focus on themselves without noticing the little trouble you're fighting for. If someone really gives you a sideview, wipe it off and keep laughing. 2. It's a hard lesson for Linda to forgive others and forgive herself, but she knows that forgiving and accepting the people who hurt her in life can make her forgive and accept herself. In order to be so tolerant, she put herself in the other side's shoes to understand the other side's point of view. This makes Linda not take it seriously when someone is not friendly or grumpy: on the contrary, she is not so harsh on herself. Letting go of anger and resentment helps us extend the same tolerance and forgiveness to ourselves.

4. Another way for Kathleen to learn to love herself is to fully attract the world with her senses. In order to attract her vision, she wakes up every day to watch the sun rise and points out to watch the sun set. Kathleen traveled around the world, noticing the smell of cinnamon in autumn, barbecue in summer, and flowers in spring. She said that when she experiences the world of taste, she will taste it, so that eating is "a bit like religious experience." By diving into her senses, she realized how wonderful it was to be a human being, and her gratitude for life provided more fun for her to become Kathleen.
