This solar powered cover for kindle holds a few small solar panels at the front, which means you can charge it just by putting it on a windowsill or on a table on a sunny day. It could also be charging while you’re reading your kindle outside. Basically it charges whenever sunlight is available.

The awesome thing about it is that the solar panels hold enough energy that later at night you can use it to power the little built in flashlight that will light up your kindle. Unlike other kindle covers, this one doesn’t draw power from your device to light up the kindle, it uses the energy saved up by the solar panels.
